She graduated with the degree of Bachelor in Business Management major in Marketing at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines year 1994. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of the Camarines Norte State College,  and currently taking  her post graduate studies of Doctor in Business Administration at the PUP Graduate School of Studies in Sta. Mesa, Manila.   

Presently, she is affiliated at the Camarines Norte State College- Business Administration Department as regular faculty and a researcher. As doing research is her interest and passion,  she authored and presented numerous internally funded researches to different local and international research conferences. Currently she is the Research Coordinator of the College of Business and Public Administration and the Organization Advisers of the Junior Peoples Management Association of the Philippines (JPMAP) CNSC Chapter and the non-academic organization of CNSC-Eco Green Youth Association (CNSC-EGYA).
